designed to test RF products. On this web site, you will find products,
user manuals, installing instructions, and warranty service
information. All Boston Amplifier products are tagged with serial
numbers.
End User Return Procedure:
If you are an end user, the procedure to return
or exchange the products is to make sure that the product is under
Warranty by checking your purchase receipt date. If product is
out of Warranty, you may contact Boston Amplifier and obtain an
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Once the RMA number is issued, you may pack
the
product in a secure box with the shipping label, posting the RMA Number
on the shipping label and a small note mentioning the problem inside
the box with your contact phone number and return address. Upon
arrival of your defective product our qualified technicians will
test your product and will determine the cause of the problem, the
outcome test result will determine that if the product is repairable
or it has been completely damaged (Beyond Repair). You will be notified
with the charges (if the product is out of Warranty) for repair
and with outbound shipping or you may have to purchase a new product
if the product is beyond repairable. All product will be shipped
after repairs as is, no new items
will be added such as power cable, antenna, fuse, antenna wire and operating
manual.
Dealer & Reseller Return Procedure:
Product has to be under warranty. Call our customer
service representatives to obtain a RMA number and ship the product with
the packaging slip showing all serial numbers. All incoming defective
products are tested by a qualified technicians to determine the cause
of the problem. All product under Warranty will be repaired and
returned to your company, store, and distribution locations. All
product will be shipped after repairs as is, no new items
will be added such as power cable, antenna, fuse, antenna wire and operating
manual.
Distributor Return Procedure:
Product has to be under warranty. All products under warranty will be replaced by the distributors to the
dealers and/or resellers at
no cost. Distributor will not replace any end users defective
products. Call our customer service representatives to obtain a RMA number
and ship the product with the packaging slip showing all serial
numbers. All incoming defective products will be repaired immediately
without any delays. |
