Restriction of the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and
Electronic Equipment (RoHS). This does include the
introduction of lead(Pb)-free products.
We have selected pure tin (Sn) with nickel (Ni) underlayer as Pb-free
surface finish for leads. Pure tin is widely accepted by customers
and suppliers of electronic devices in Europe, Asia and the US as
the lead-free surface finish of choice to replace tin/lead. |
