All Boston Amplifier products are tagged with serial numbers coded by shipping dates and locations.

End User Return Procedure:-

If you are an end user, the procedure to return or exchange the products is to make sure that the product is under Warranty, by checking your purchase receipt date. If product is out of Warranty, you may contact directly Boston Amplifier and obtain RMA Number. Once the RMA number is issued you may packaged your product in the secure box with the shipping label, posting RMA Number on the shipping label and a small note mentioning the problem inside the box with your contact phone number and return address. Upon arrival of your defective product our qualified technician will test your product and will determine the cause of the problem, the outcome test result will determine that if the product is repairable or it has been completely damaged (Beyond Repair). You will be notified with the charges for repair and with outbound shipping or you may have to purchase a new product if the product is beyond repairable. All product will be shipped after repairable as is, no new items will be added such as power cable, fuse, antenna wire and operating manual.

Resellers Return Procedure:-

Product has to be under warranty. Call our customer service representatives obtain RMA number and ship the product with the packaging slip showing all serial numbers. All incoming defective products are tested by a qualified technician to determine the cause of the problem. All under Warranty Product will be repaired and return to your company, store and distribution locations.
All product will be shipped after repairable as is, no new items will be added such as power cable, fuse, antenna wire and operating manual.

Stocking Distribution Return Procedure:-

Product has to be under warranty. All under warranty products will be replaced by the distributors to the Resellers at no cost. Stocking Distributor will not replace any end users defective products. Call our customer service representatives obtain RMA number and ship the product with the packaging slip showing all serial numbers. All incoming defective products will be replaced immediately without any delays.
