All Boston Amplifier products have a two (2) years limited warranty which
applies to all genuine Boston Amplifier Products to be fully serviceable and
free from any defects in materials or workmanship after the date of purchase
from Boston Amplifier. This warranty does not cover indirect, special,
incidental, or consequential damages, loss of use, or labor expenses in
uninstalling or installing any material or parts, whether arising out of breach
of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, tort, or any other legal theory,
even if Customers has been advised of the possibility thereof. or
manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or the
unit is tampered with or broken, or Product has
water, snow, fire damage. Warranty is void if
mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the
product that would normally void manufacturer's
warranty has occurred. Products damaged due to
improper or inadequate packaging when returned for
RMA purposes are not granted warranty coverage.
If a returned units or accessories are determined to
have failed for any reasons other than defects in
materials or workmanship within the scope of the
warranty policy or if the applicable warranty has
expired, then Customers or its recruit customers
will be contacted for disposition.
Notes: Boston Amplifier is not responsible
for any damage to other parts or personal or
property injury and loss of money as a result of
using any of our products or as a result of
defective products.
1. Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number from Boston Amplifier to
ship defective products back to Boston Amplifier. No
RMA will be issued without a Serial Number. Boston
Amplifier will not accept shipments that are inbound
to Boston Amplifier and are freight collect
shipments, and furthermore Boston Amplifier will not
pay for but not limited to any inbound shipment
charges, taxes, custom duties, and insurance charges
from any carrier or customers. Customers will ship
back defective products to Boston Amplifier at their
own expenses.
2. All defective products must be under Boston
Amplifier two (2) year limited warranty to receive
warranty treatment. All defective products that are
returned to Boston Amplifier and are under the two
(2) year limited warranty will be repaired by Boston
Amplifier at no charge. Once the product is
repaired, Boston Amplifier will ship back to
Customers in USA only via UPS Ground or US Post
only. For international warranty returns, Customers
need to pay the outbound shipping charges from
Boston Amplifier, FOB Hawthorne, CA 90250 USA.
3. All defective products must be returned to Boston
Amplifier with original packaging, if any items are
not returned such as but not limited to: Antennas,
Antenna Cables, Cables, AC Adapters, Power cables,
Cigarette Adapters, then Boston Amplifier will be
not be responsible of those items and the items
mentioned here will not be tested with the returned
item. Only items that are received by Boston
Amplifier will be returned back to Customers after
repair has been made.
4. All defective products will not be Replaced with
New Products or Exchanged with other products from
Boston Amplifier. NO Credit Memos
will be issued for exchange of money. NO
Invoice Amount Deductions are allowed, if
so happened all agreements in place will be
automatically canceled, and all future shipment will
be halted and account will be put on COD (Cash On
Delivery) or Payment advance method.
All defective RMA will be returned back to Customers
within 10 working days after the receipt of
receiving the defective products at Boston Amplifier
factory Hawthorne, CA 90250 USA. |
